Job profile was as under:
Drafting and managing all official correspondence with clients/vendors/third party and other external agencies.
Attending and chairing meetings with senior managements and site personnel’s on the progress and issues of various projects.
Organizing and storing all files and documents as per various projects.
Placing enquiries, getting quotations for assigned materials from clients AML (Approved Manufactures Lists) and finally placing a Purchase Order.
Verifying all purchase bill, vendors/suppliers bill, subcontractors bill, labor advances and other maintenance bills before forwarding to account department for disbursement of payments
Follow up with account department to ensure timely payments to vendors/suppliers, subcontractors and site-employees.
Coordination with Travel Agents—reservation of airline/railway and vehicles for outstation employees and senior managements.
Maintenance of stock register – purchase & issue of stationary items, computer consumables etc.
Coordination with Courier Agents for inward & outward couriers on daily basis and recording in register.
Coordinating and maintaining hospitality with the Visitors/Guest---arranging vehicles, lodging and boarding, and meetings etc.
Updating & distributing information within the company and other running sites.
Responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and development and performance appraisal of employees
Responding to clients complaints, if any.
Tracking payments from utilities for various projects
Assisted to senior management and reporting to the Director’s in the efficient management of the organization.
Logistic solution- distribution of materials to various sites as per the decided schedules.
Administration of Time Office—Employee attendance, overtime, absenteeism, early departure, late arrivals.
Administration of Employees Leave Management, EPF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
Tender processing and documentation.
To attend tender opening of technical & price bids.
Liaising with suppliers/vendors, clients, third part inspection and other external agencies for ensuring seamless operations
Assisted in taxations.
MIS reports in excel for the Top management for Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly .i.e. Cash flow and Fund flow statements, progress report of various projects etc.
Repairs and maintenance of machinery and other equipments of all sites.
Monitoring deployment of manpower and materials resources optimized their utilization.
Handling huge manpower for various projects/sites through contract labor management.
Site visit to resolve any issues of site administration, subcontractors, clients and third party.
Coordination with employees’ welfare such as accommodation, food, safety PPE, first aid, transportations etc.
Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health and security standard by compiling with clients as well as government regulations.
Compliance with Labor Act, Factory Act, Employee Provident Fund Act, ESIC Act and other statutory requirements.

Since 01st August 2006 to 31st March 2008 at M/s. GLOSS COATS & CONTRACTS, Mumbai as a “Sr. Executives”

Tender/Empanelment/Registration processing and documentation.
To manage and coordinating contracting activities relevant to analyze the tender/contract documents.
Site-visits and inspection for estimation of tender process.

Measurement of Structural as well as Pipelines in SQMTRS and METRIC TONNAGES
To measure the works carried out with the projects managers, site-supervisors and subcontractors representatives.
Liaise with various external agencies.
Interacting with concerned departments for collecting data and bill clearances.
Logistic solution for all site projects.
To Advice Company’s Proprietor on any aspects of the projects execution, which deviates from the requirements of contract handling, change orders managements, contractual correspondence between clients/contractors.

Follow up with customer/debtors for payments collection.
