Responsible for delivery of sites annual TAR and planned shutdowns program within the agreed boundaries (safety, cost, schedule, quality).
Coordinate overall planning of turnaround activities at 04 operation plants
Close coordination of production related shutdown activities between maintenance, operations and technical teams. Shutdown activities include non-ILI vessel inspection. Establish TAR requirements, contracts and mobilization of resources. Insure delivery of detailed planning, scheduling and execution. Maintain and update the TAR Work packs

Measures and reports on company TAR capability and performance
