I am a recent graduate but now currently doing my masters in mechanical engineering with my job. i have got training from dh chemicals , a proud name of fertilizer in Pakistan and one of the best trainings. being working in fertilizer sector each day is learning and different from the previous one and have a strong will to learn and tackle the problems

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
I am employed as Trainee Mechanical Engineer in Dawood Hercules Chemicals. Being
part of GETP 26 batch ,the aim of the training is train the Fresh engineers in the field
of fertilizer and give them deep insight of the processes involved in fertilizer plant.
The interactive teaching methodology includes hands-on practical experience and class
room sessions. It is a great experience to learn Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical
technologies. I have been given assignments in Machinery, equipment and workshop,
project and planning departments.
In Equipment section I have done assignments on
piping , ASME B3.13 code, Gaskets, Heat exchanger cleaning techniques, and
pressure testing , ASME section Viii div 1 , TEMA code, Pressure vessels, Gaskets ,
valves, ASTM standards, Kellogg specification, welding, UTIC specification and
Maintenance of Ammonia , urea and utility equipments.
In Machinery my responsibities included study of reciprocating gas
compressor(Dresser-Rand),turbo pumps (ELLIOT turbines),Mechanical seals. In
urea I worked at co2 compressor valves , packing and piston rod assembly ,
ammonia and carbamate pumps, preventive maintenance and couplings. In utility
my scope is BFW pumps and alignment.
In planning department I worked on field planning , scheduling and monitoring of
jobs, CMMS (AS/400) and primavera basics( PERT and Gantt chart
comprehension), TA planning, MWR flow .
Currently I am working in Project section.
