I am having 8 years of experience in IT field and currently working in HP Malaysia as
SAP Basis Admin. I found the vacant position in your esteemed company and I am very interested in this position and I believe that my education and employment background are appropriate for the position.
I have worked in Emerio SDN BHD as a Technical consultant at client place Hewlett Packard Malaysia for almost 3 years was handling customer or client issues and concerns, under HP observation they offered me permanent position and Currently working as HP permanent staff as SAP Basis Admin. My job responsibility includes provide 24/7 support mission critical SAP servers. I believe that with my work experiences, I am very suitable for this position.
I have strong Knowledge certified in SAP Basis, Oracle, and UNIX and completed certification in ITIL V3 recently.
2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
My Roles and responsibilities as follows
Responsible for all escalations and provide on time solutions to the users
Regular Maintenance (support patches, Kernel upgrades, OSS notes apply) for all SAP servers
Responsible for delegating tasks to the L2 and L1 teams to carried out the scheduled planned activities
Provide solutions on various technical sap application issues and database issues.
As I have started my carrier at HP as L2 to support for the account P& G during that time I have enhanced my technical abilities and performed well in my day to day activities and I was awarded 3 times best employee of the month to support their day to day business operations. And I have been sent to Philippines as a part of P & G project transition during 4 months stay in Philippines I trained L2 SAP Team in Incident, Change and problem management process including technical stuffs.
