The project, in which I involved now, is SOUTH PARS GAS FIELD DEVELOPMENT, Phase 12 – Offshore Facilities i.e. Topsides and Sea lines projects (Total Contracts Prices: 1,200,000,000 USD). My responsibilities in the company are as per descriptions below:

Oil Onshore project : KHESHT Project (Wellhead Facilities, Flow lines of Oil Gathering and Transmission, Oil Production Facilities & Gas Gathering and Injection of Khesht Oil Field (CPF))- Contract Price : 100,000,000 USD
The objective of this project is to design and execute oil production unit with the capacity of 30000 bbl/day based on the basic engineering (which implemented by Petrofac) which lasts for a duration of 26 months.
Project Description: The scope for the project is generally consists of :
• Upgrading of existing wellsite and associated access road;
• Preparation and equipped new wellsites
• Provision of new access roads to the new wellsites,
• Production unit consist of :
o Three phase separation,
o Desalting,
o H2S Stripper
o Temporary storage tank
o Metering & Pump station
o Utilities,
o Water treatment and disposal.
• Gathering and compression of associated gas for injection to Khesht oil fields.
• Export pipeline and a Gas Injection line from CPF to Gas Injection Well, a Produced Water line from CPF & a Source Water line from Shapour river to CPF and Permanent Camp also flowlines in Khesht including:
o from KHESHT-1 to CPF,
o from KHESHT-C to CPF,
o from KHESHT-B to CPF,
o from KHESHT-A to CPF,
• Telecommunications system and telephone network for CPF, permanent camp and Well-site.
• Permanent Camp and Shelter Facilities and all inter connection road and access to main road
• Transformers and Substations/switchgear at the CPF, Camp and raw water supply system and Well sites.
• Provision of an operation terminal in the existing control room at the Gurreh Pump Station (if necessary)
• An impressed current Cathodic Protection system shall be required to protect the underground pipeline.

Oil Offshore project: RESHADAT Topsides Project (RESHADAT RENOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT) – Contract Price: 235,000,000 USD
Project Description : The Reshadat Field, formerly called Rostam, is located in the Persian Gulf 110kms south-west of Lavan Island at approximate co-ordinates of 25°54’26”N 52°54’42”E.
The work comprises new production (P4), living quarters (Q4), wellhead (W4) and flare (F4) platforms to be located close to the existing R4 platform. P4, Q4, W4 and F4 will be bridge linked. New wellhead platform (w0) to be located south of the existing R7 complex. R7, R3 and R4 platforms should be abandoned.
Produced oil from the facilities will be exported via a new 16" pipeline to Lavan Island. The produced gas will be compressed to export via a new pipeline into a Tee connection on the Salman gas pipeline and to inject gas injection well on W4.

Petrochemical project : HIPS Project in Tabriz Petrochemical Company
The objective of this project is to produce polystyrene (HIPS) with the capacity of 54700 tones/year including document checking of licensed company which lasts for a duration of 24 months.
Project Description: This plant is planned for producing 54700 tons/year High Impact PolyStyrene from Styrene Monomer and polybutadiene rubber (PBR). In feed preparation section, PBR is grinded and mixed with styrene monomer in dissolver. Then this feed sent to the first reactor (agitated reactor) which is a vessel with agitator. HIPS production reaction improved to %16.7 then this pre-reacted mixture sends to the SMR reactors which are heart of process. These two reactors are vertical static mixer reactors with height of 17 m and 14 m. Stream out of these reactors has %80 HIPS.
Mixture for removing volatile components (such as unreacted styrene monomer) sent to the two devolatilizers. These equipments operate in 14 mmHg and 40 mmHg Pressure respectively.
HIPS stream from bottom of second devolatizer sent to the dryer (for removing residual volaties) and then to pelletazing (for producing granule) and finally to the silos for storage.
Stored pellets bagged in Bagging system and wrapped in wrapping system as final product.
The HIPS Production line consists of :

3) Project Control Engineer (High Tech. Development Expert) –Industries Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) (May 2000 – Dec 2002)
This Organization is the biggest Governmental-Holding organization which active in Industries development in Iran.
Job Description: There are many high technology projects which were being conducted and controlled through a surveillance team that I was in this team as an Project Control Engineer.
There were 15 projects which I had involved in them. My responsibilities:
• Developing a procedure for projects selecting, attending in the related meetings and challenging projects qualifications and requirements.
• Contracting approved projects considering projects scopes, time, cost and legal requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining approved/contracted project Planning/Scheduling.
• Developing and maintaining critical path logic networks.

4) Responsible for project planning & control – Pars Generator Company (Nov 1998 – Apr 2000)
This company is active in High-Pressure Generators Manufacturing and biggest one in Iran and Middle East. The main workshops in the company were Welding Workshop, Heavy Machine Shop, Light Machine Shop and Laser-Cutting Workshop.
There were 11 watery high pressure generators projects which I was responsible for control them as below:
 3 generators of Karkheh Dam
 4 generators of Masjed-e-Soleyman Dam
 4 generators of Karoun III Dam
I've being done my obligations through internal workshops control and monitoring our subcontractors such as HEPCO, AZARAB, MACHINE-SAZI-ARAK, MERAT-POOLAD companies and so on. Also progress review meetings were held with our clients, ELIN (Austria) and FARAB Company which I was attended. Finally, I was submitting weekly and monthly progress reports to project manager and the clients as well:
