Present: Working in Kazakhstan for Parker Drilling Rig in position as Camp Boss / Unit manager

My responsibility includes:
- Provide and control safe, convenient delivery of high quality food and beverages to personnel on board;
- Provide and organize with my under vision staff housekeeping of accommodation area on high level;
- Being an active part of platform management team during salvation of main issues and problems appearing on timely basis, mostly relating with accommodation and personnel welfare on board;
- Keep control on HACCP (Hazard Analyses & Critical Control Point) system ISO 22000; involve all catering staff to follow this programme, to raise productivity of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Periodical control of stock (including “stock rotation”,” stock take” rules, cost control, food orders, proper products storages );
- Receiving and sending with register all food containers coming and going on shore;
- Actively controlling and keeping up-to-date all accommodation defects and other issues required in maintenance;
- Providing best galley and food delivery service during specials meals dedicated to relevant celebrating or any other special dates on board with using of best menus, using in worldwide cuisine;
- Periodically re-fresh of menu,
- Proactive provision of healthy food education. Assessments and guidance in healthy lifestyle, and acting as a role model for health safety and environmental commitment;
- Proactive advice, support and guidance on Health, Safety, Environmental, Medical and Welfare issues with the primary goal of preventing work related illness and injury;
- Co-ordinate major incident plans and provide support in any incidents as required by site manager
- Conduct regular inspection of catering and accommodation facilities according to the prescribed standards, checklists and protocols, and report to site manager.


Catermar USA (Azerbaijan)

March 2004 – September 2005 National Training Officer

Through the combination of operational performance and experience, I was appointed by the corporate office to the position of National Training Officer. My initial task was to develop cuisine specific training programs and material to compliment and comply with corporate and client standards in Azeri and Russian languages.

In implementing the training I was integrally involved in the selection of the candidates for Skills training. The entire program of training, in addition to the dissemination of information, I am able to provide motivation to the personnel.

My primary operations presently cater to more than 5,000 people per day in four different locations across a range of approximately 25 kilometres, at Sangachal Terminal Expansion Programme, operated by BP-AIOC.
