I am a Contracts Administrator with 6 years of experience in Caspian Sea and Middle East/Arabian Gulf regions with Contracts Management Certification and knowledge of contract law, wide tendering administration experience with oil majors, strong negotiation, communication and time management skills.

Presently I am working in Dubai/UAE but willing to relocate.
I am an innovative thinker with a demonstrated ability to improve production and decrease down time. I am very adaptable to changing projects and work schedules and have a proven ability to quickly train on different areas.

04.2009-till present Topaz Marine (Dubai, UAE)
Contracts Administrator

Coordinating and administrating marine and suppliers contracts for over 100 vessels fleet operating worldwide with extensive knowledge of time and voyage charterparties. Providing Contract Management support to the Commercial, Projects and Marine Assets Departments in accordance with the relevant Company procedures.

• To maintain all vessel and any suppliers’ contracts
• To control company contracts and contracts modifications
• Request or approve amendments or extension to contracts
• To ensure compliance where appropriate with the Company’s procedures and policies in accordance with the requirements of the ISM Code and ISO 9001-2000 standard.
• Direct activities concerned with contracts for charter of vessels, purchase and / or sale
• Compile and carry out pre-qualification activities, ITT and final contract documents
• Prepare bids and tenders for services. Process commercial and technical proposals
• Review bids from other companies for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids.
• Lead / participate in the contract bid evaluation / negotiation / clarification / award.
• Examine performance requirements, delivery schedules, estimate cost materials, equipment and production to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Negotiate contracts with customers or bidders
• Advise other departments of contractual rights and obligations (kick off meetings)
• Co-ordinate with other departments for fulfillment of contracts
• Act as liaison between company and subcontractors
• Liaise with agents/brokers for chartering vessels
• Handling vessels transit into Caspian Sea, preparation of transit schedules, towage contracts with agents/brokers, obtaining relevant permissions from Flag and Port authorities, dealing with customs clearances.
• To work proactively with Business Development Manager assisting in the marketing of the company’s vessels accordingly

Coordinating and administrating marine and suppliers contracts for 15 vessels fleet operating in Azerbaijan Waters of Caspian Sea.
