1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]
Gentlemen:
I am very eager to work again in a meaningful capacity in the marketing of SCADA and EMS systems.
As you will see from my resume', I have extensive experience with the Harris Corporation Controls Division and with General Electric in the engineering, documentation, and sales of SCADA and EMS system.
I am currently semi-retired in Florida but am in excellent health and eager to get back into engineering sales.
I am in a position to relocate, given the right opportunity.
2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
I have an in=depth mix of experience in the engineering and sales of SCADA and data acquitition systems, particularly to electric utilities and pipeliners. I am comfortable in the sales support roles, ranging from initial cold contacts, through RFQ and contract finalization phases. I am willing to travel extensively as required to build your business. As an applications engineer, I worked some seven years responding to RFQs, writing proposals, costing the systems, preparing and presenting proposals and follow-up through Statement of Work. I then returned to engineering and engineering management for a period of years and finished my career working again in sales support (proposals) for almost ten additional years. some of which was part time.

I hold a bachelors of electrical engineering from the University of Florida and have done graduate work at Florida Institute of Technology toward a Masters. As a Systems Engineer and engineering manager, I received supplemental training in engineering and management through Harris and GE. I have had Six Sigma green belt training through GE.
4. Computer Skills - CV/Resume Part 4 [Mandatory]
I am completely comfortable with Word and Excel. I have developed complex linked Word/Excel documentation used in proposal preparations for SCADA / EMS projects, particularly in the areas of Reliability estimation and Performance analysis.
I have used PowerPoint some for proposal and meeting outlines.

I think that I have developed excellent written and oral communications skills, having written extensively for proposals and proposal presentations. I am comfortable with clients and have participated in difficult contract negotiations and contract finalizations.
