Managing the engineering for the Projects in Canada (4 wind farms from 9 MW to 204 MW in size and 1 transmission line 240 kV of more than 100 km). Work done in close cooperation with the AUC, AESO, ASRD, Altalink, SNC-Lavalin, Hatch, Golder Associates, and Acciona turbines.

Other activities done in parallel were the design changes control that consisted in:
Identification of the change raised by the Client
Technical evalutaion of the impact on the engineering activity (manhours and schedule)
Estimation of the capital cost of those changes (new material to be procured and installed)
Issue of the design change dossiers to Client for approval and negotiations
As a result, 40 millions dollars of changes have been raised (the overall project cost is around 650 millions dollars) that includes 30 000 more engineering man-hours (upon the overall budget of 350 000 man-hours for all the project)
