 Preparation of the design documentation for Licensing Packages approbation by the Authorities using SNIP/GOST normative documents.
 Supervision and coordination of the design packages performed by the Ukrainian main designer, KIEP in Kiev.
 Design packages under direct responsibility: piping for utility supply (heating water, potable water, industrial water, fire water), sewage systems, mechanical (pumps, boilers, compressors)

Wind Farms Projects

 Managing the engineering for the Projects in Canada (4 wind farms from 9 MW to 204 MW in size and 1 transmission line 240 kV of more than 100 km). Work done in close cooperation with the AUC, AESO, ASRD, Altalink, SNC-Lavalin, Hatch, Golder Associates, and Acciona turbines.
 The engineering performed for these projects up to Feb 2009 was 3000 m/h with the supervision of a 15 people team.

 Ensuring that the effects of any change to an Interface can be accommodated by all Interfacing Parties
 Update and management of the relevant sections of the interface database.
 Report to the CIC about the progress of the resolution of interfaces
 Provide, in a timely manner, any and all information regarding the Project as may be requested by Company or any Other Contractor if such information is necessary for Company or Other Contractor(s) to carry out their work in accordance with their schedules
 Passing relevant details of interfaces to the appropriate contractors
 Attendance of meetings as required
 Management of interfaces as per contractual obligations

Other activities done in parallel were the design changes control that consisted in:
 Identification of the change raised by the Client
 Technical evalutaion of the impact on the engineering activity (manhours and schedule)
 Estimation of the capital cost of those changes (new material to be procured and installed)
 Issue of the design change dossiers to Client for approval and negotiations

As a result, 40 millions dollars of changes have been raised (the overall project cost is around 650 millions dollars) that includes 30 000 more engineering man-hours (upon the overall budget of 350 000 man-hours for all the project)
