 Ensured company and international regulatory compliance during the building stage of new ships by testing missionaries and guaranteeing the quality of all equipment across emergency generators, backup systems, turbines and large boilers.
 Delivered a high performance team of 18-20 skilled professionals through in-depth coaching, mentoring and training.
 Led ISO certification surveys and internal audits, conducting inspections for major oil company clients to secure ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, building a high-performance crew from the ground up to assist in the process.

 Averted costs of $20M+ in cargo damage and ship cleanup fees by designing an impeller of a forced draft for a boiler during a damaged boiler crisis in winter, quickly assembling the new impeller and utilizing existing motor to rectify parts.


 Directed the complete repair of a damaged vessel due to collision with a barge, preparing comprehensive risk and damage analysis, authoring insurance investigation reports, leading the inspection of ship and implementing safety measures, as well as furnishing photographic proof of the barge’s involvement and coordinating arrest of the barge in Singapore.
