Tax Compliance:
Preparing annual Kazakhstan Individual Income Tax returns for expatriate and repatriate individuals;

Tax registration/deregistration with the Kazakhstan tax authorities for the expatriate/repatriate individuals;
Obtaining certificate on the taxes paid in Kazakhstan;
Providing of payroll charges (based on the salary and indirect benefit information). The payroll charges comprise of Individual Income Tax, Social Tax, Pension and Social Security Contributions;
Preparing and submission of payroll tax reports (Forms 200.00 for locals and 210.00 for foreigners) to the Kazakhstan tax authorities;
Preparing and submission of Statistical reports on labour (Form 1-T) to the Kazakhstan Statistical authorities;
Preparing of payment orders for payment of payroll charges (Income and social taxes and obligatory pension/social insurance contributions).
