analyze how prevent the hazards, Check the work permit how many people work ,check the head
counting, Daily report If unsafe condition report immediately to supervisor to stop the work, Make
it correct the unsafe act and give permission to work, Discuss the previous unsafe act , dangerous
zone ,near miss, injuries discuss the meeting, How to prevent the unsafe act, Check the scaffolding
work, Check the tag for scaffolding, Check the scaffolding material standard, Check the wood blank
size and the seal, Report daily unsafe condition activities, Daily safety survey with staff and those
who attend the meeting at site and which topic, Daily check the tools and advice to staff doesn’t
use un correct tools, Unsafe tools send it back to tool room, Every month check all the tools and

 Liaison with client site representatives and other concerned plant authorities or contractors on

 Time to time visit of work area to ensure that personnel protective equipments are provided
properly worn.
 Conducting of company’s safety orientation program for new employees or returnees prior to the
mobilization to the project site. Conducting Emergency drills, fixing the date of emergency drill,

 Close monitoring scaffolding erection and dismantling.
 Paper work: Risk assessment, permit to work, Methods statement, emergency plant.
 Maintain a System for safe and pollution free operating practices, for the protection of the
environment from all forms of pollution, and continuously improve the Company's performance to
