Managing the documentation control and internal distribution as indicated by the established procedures. Validating accuracy and assigning the correct reference and revision numbers. Maintenance of archiving and retrieval operations to ensure all documents are safely filed and easily traced. Responsible for setting up a documentation database to control various documents such as deliverables, purchase orders, subcontracts, service orders, document review reports and final vendor documents. Upkeep of inactive documents inventory. Classifying shipping documents, invoices, credit / debit notes and mill certificates. Proper maintenance, retention and compilation of customs documents. Categorizing records of QA documents on Factory / Site Accepted Test (FAT/SAT), and Subcontractor Document Record (SDR). Archiving of Spare Parts Interchangeability Records (SPIR), Manufacturer’s Record Book (MRB) and Installation & Operation Manual (IOM). Distribution of hard and soft copies of controlled documents as per the matrix. Filing of soft and hard copies of project related technical documentation. Scanning and creation of CDs

TECHNIP / CEGELEC - (May 2005 – Oct. 2005) - DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - Administering the EDMS. Follow-up of all incoming and outgoing documents. Maintaining and updating submittal and approval database. UAE OFFSETS GROUP (Mar. 2002 to Nov. 2002) – DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - Organization of documentation pertinent to feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, procurement support services, ITT, bid tabulation, technical bid evaluation and value engineering reports. Custodian of CAPEX/OPEX studies, cost time resource estimate, forecasts, execution plan and project schedule etc. Ensuring confidential information, records and files intact. Processing typical templates like bid solicitation, tender evaluation, recommendation and approval records. Undertaking confidentiality of cost information. Receiving, verifying, distributing and filing contractual documents. Maintaining and issuing periodic status of subcontracts. Safekeeping and updating of evaluation forms, milestone completion and provisional acceptance certificates. Assisting in sourcing suppliers, tendering and ordering. SAIPEM / SNAMPROGETTI (Aug. 94 to Oct 95) – PROJECT SECRETARY / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER. Fashioned a database to control various documentation such as trend notices, purchase orders, certification, data books, analysis, drawings, and manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals. Pursued the Client’s document numbering system without fail and maintained controlled document registers.
