1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory] |
As you will see from my attached CV I have many years experience in the oil and gas industry and more recently within the Marine Industry. My current post is based at one of the areas busiest ports coxswaining large cargo vessels around the dock. Rigging and slinging operations are major factors of this post i.e. rigging up large gangways and slinging freshwater pipework for vessels.
It also involves operating a small mobile crane to remove vessels out of the water to carry out maintenance. With the firefighting, health and safety and oil spill response knowledge gained in my previous post I feel I have a vast amount of experience to bring to the position within your company.
I hold a current UKOOA Medical Certificate and an Offshore Survival Certificate, both of which are attached to this application together with evidence of my other qualifications.
