JOB PROFILE / EXPERIENCE:
Working as a Warehouse-Foreman in Halliburton Offshore Services Inc., Kakinada Project from Oct 2006
Over all in-charge for material Receipts ,Issues and Inventory
Monitor arrival of material at warehouse.
Maintain Inward Consignment register for all Material Receipts.
Verify PO, Identify material and tally the order and acknowledge the delivery.
Prepare GRN & Post to Inventory in SAP in a timely manner
Lodging claim on supplier for shortages, discrepancies, wrong or substandard supplies. Intimate buyer and commercial department.
Ensure Proper documentation in SAP for material receipt, Issue and transfer of materials to Rig locations
Re-Export of materials after getting necessary de-mob and Noc from H.O
Materials support from base to offshore Rigs
Monitoring well consumptions for the offshore Rigs (Discoverer-534,Deepwater Frontier, Deepwater Expedition, Blackford Dolphin and DD-KG2)
Co-Ordinating with the CHA agents for consignment arrivals etc
Informing to Logistics team about the shipment discrepancies and lodging the same in mis-shipment portal for further actions.
Conducting monthly cycle counts and wall-to-wall counts as per the regional guidelines
Reviewing the monthly E&O reports with the concerned departments and implementing the E&O reduction plans
Preparation and monitoring of service entries for all the locations
Maintaining materials master in Sap and reviewing the data on a regular basis
Maintaining zero variances in stock w.r.t to sap stock
Worked as a Materials & Logistics Co-ordinator for Reliance Industries Limited (Exploration & Production), Kakinada Project through Esskay Shipping Ltd for the period of Mar-2004 to Oct -2006.
Materials Support to Offshore Exploration/Drilling Activities
All the warehousing activities including receipts, issues and Rig transfers
Make sure right materials are supplied against requirement.
Monitoring well consumptions and contractor rental tools certifications
Logistics Support to Offshore Exploration/Drilling Activities
Effective co-ordination with Drilling Rig, Drilling Engineering Dept, service personnel Store, Procurement Dept, Port Authorities & Customs and other agencies.
Timely turn around of Offshore Supply Vessel to meet requirement for offshore Drilling/Exploration activities, Maintain record of vessel movement.
Plan with effective co-ordination & communication to make sure optimum utilization of supply vessels.
Coordinate with Rig, OSVs, and bulk plant supervisors (for Liquid Bulk & Dry Bulk) for supply of bulk and keep ready for future requirement.
Coordinate & monitor the Bunkering of Fuel Oil & Water to Supply Vessels.
Support to HSE Dept
Make sure HSE policy & guideline is followed around the work places. Make necessary changes and amendment as and when required in the HSE policy with due approval from concern authorities.
Make sure personnel & materials safety around the work places.
Make sure all handling equipment is in good shape; all are having proper test certificate and maintain record of it.
Maintain Color Code of handling equipment used in operation.
Maintain MSDS for all the chemicals and display on each materials.
Active participation in the PII Meetings.
Support to Quality Control Dept.
Support Quality Control Dept by witnessing various tests of casing and other materials.
Supervise/witness all the NDT Test for casings and maintain record of the same
