1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]

A. Human Resource Management; Spearheading strategic policy formulations for the smooth running of the organization. Coordinating manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction and socialisation activities in the organisation. Overseeing the implementation of corporate policies in the organisation. Facilitating open communication channels in the organisation to promote openness and transparency across hierarchical levels. Implementing staff welfare policies with key focus on enhancing employee motivation. Ensuring optimum and effective utilisation of funds in providing congenial work environment and basic amenities in the work premises. Effectuating HR systems for improvement in employee communication, employee retention, grievance handling, counseling, performance improvement and discipline.

B. Personnel Administration; Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews with Talent Acquisition. Supervising staffing, recruitment, induction program, contract negotiations, discipline, policy & procedures and retirement programme for general and union employees. Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies. Handling performance management/performance appraisal exercises and administration of performance-linked remuneration policies. Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement. Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.

C. Industrial Relations/ Employee Welfare; Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels. Monitoring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison at all levels with external agencies, Govt. authorities at all levels & offices like PF/ESI and Labor Office, Fire, Police, Revenue, Pollution Control Board, Commercial Tax, Transport, Excise, Port, Naval, Telecom, Postal, Banks etc. Monitoring to ensure that Company Policies are in accordance with Labour Laws and Ministerial Rules of the country.

D. Facilities Management; Handling complete Facilities & infrastructure set up, liaising with contractors & interiors for the same. Managing facilities in the organisation, including office infrastructure, building, cafeteria, transport, House Keeping, Security, Travel & Transport Management, Purchases, etc. Outsourcing AMC contracts for the maintenance of office building, infrastructure, office equipment, machinery and other assets of the organisation. Handling Camp Management & Recreation by arranging base/ fly Camps and site office/ medical facilities to employees / Procurement of Furniture & Office Equipment and their maintenance and related matters. Handling all Office Equipment and Assets Management (Inventory control of company property/ Maintain data for all Office Equipment and Assets / Vehicle and equipment registration / Annual Maintenance Contract / Insurance / Accidental Claim etc.)

E. Project Planning & Management; Overseeing the entire project management of construction, seismic Operation projects including planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution of projects. Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality Compliance, Logistics & Manpower planning on project sites. Anchoring on-site project activities & overseeing the performance of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with quality assurance plans. Preparing technical & commercial offers/ proposals along with handling tender/ contract / billing related formalities & documentation. Identifying and developing cost effective vendors at international & domestic level for procurement of project tools based on purchase specifications of power plant equipments. Handling procurement activities like land acquisition, tendering & bid management, estimations, techno-commercial evaluations, contract negotiations etc. coordinating with sub vendors, third party inspection agencies. Verifying contractors/sub-contractors bills and monitoring payment disbursals. Interacting with clients for assessing requirements and reporting project progress.

F. Health, Safety & Environment Management; Charting several safety measures for minimizing occurrence of accidents, fires, calamities. Coordinating with external surveillance auditors for initiating relevant actions in case of non compliance of norms. Maintaining fire prevention equipments such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrant systems, automatic water sprinkling systems, smoke detectors. Devising onsite & offsite emergency plans and conducting mock drills ensuring strict adherence to First Aid, Fire Fighting, Health Hygiene, medivac processor & evacuation trails systems & procedures. Conducting training programmes for employees to generate awareness about EHS processes, in close coordination with departmental Managers.
Seismic data acquisition: 2D & 3D seismic data acquisition projects Management jobs under taken and successfully finished that projects. Area scouting, recommendations for bidding, camp establishment, fixation of shot hole drilling contractor, seismic field operation contractor, Explosives magazine, manpower planning, vehicles, equipment requirement, in time program to finish the project survey, seismic data quality, processing, time to time project design modification as per field conditions.
