my job Overview:
To provide Document Control support to the project team.
To provide project support and document control to the engineering, Design Integration, vendor, client and wider project
team for project.
Ensure all transmitted documents comply with Quality Assurance standards specified for the project.
• Data entry and issuing, uploading and downloading drawings and documents into the project database.
• Uploading and maintenance of records using web base or intergrated software system, like ACONEX, QDMS, eB, EMS, pm +and EXTRA.
• Maintaining electronic and physical filing structure for the project in consultation with Document Control Lead and other relevant staff.
• Maintenance of document control systems to meet contractual obligations and project quality systems.
• Interfacing with Client Document Control and the JV project team to respond to Document Control issues and provide general support.
• Operating within quality control guidelines in relation to design documentation.
• Assist Document Control Lead with inducting staff in the use of SYSTEM which is used to control the project•
Checking all documentation has necessary project information, numbering and approvals appropriate to the purpose of issue.
• Dissemination of all incoming documentation to the engineering, Design Integration, vendor, client and wider project.
• Liaising with Business Assistants, Technical staff and other Office Support staff to ensure all documents are handled appropriately.
• Attendance at regular project meetings.
• Tracking and dealing with all staff queries and problems.
• Other duties as defined in the Document Management Plan and as required.
