Completed Supervision of PMC Engineering TEAM at Korea to deliver all engineering for 400,000 BOPD Tankages 76 nos including cryogenic propylene tanks compressors & flare packages associated Piping & Pumping facilities for Takreer Ruwais Refinery Expansion project within the Lump Sum Cost of 1.2 Billion USD. This project deals with very high temperatures and sour service. Reviewed & approved EPC contractor’s Daewoo E&C works for engineering including deliverables for project risk management, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, construction & commissioning. Executed engineering supervision & design reviews, project & procurement procedures and execution plans, PMC engineering candidate’s CVs screening, taking interviews & recommending selection, deployment at Korean home office and site as independent profit centre for PMC services. EPC Project of M/S HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION’s USD 400 Millions 8.33 Million MT Clean fuel project to enable production of MS meeting EURO II / III standards Detail engineering, procurement & tendering for mechanical, civil, instrumentation and electrical for naphtha hydro-treaters and splitters (license UOP), Naphtha Splitter Unit (NSU), Reformer (CCR), Light Naphtha Isomerisation, FCC Gasoline Splitter Unit (GSU), FCC Naphtha Hydro treating License Axen), LPG Treating, Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU), vacuum distillation units, Amine units, Cooling Towers, ETP & waste treatment plants, 6 Crude oil storage tanks , firefighting, MS/ diesel Blending, LPG units & corresponding utilities, and storage tanks off sites and utilities., replacing 8 MS tanks, 10 HSD Tanks, 4 ATF tanks and other infrastructure works.
Progress: 6 crude tanks were commissioned. Sea-water cooling tower & Nitrogen plant completed. Group leader & company representative for Platform Fabrications works in McDermott Yard Batam - Indonesia, ETPM Yard - Sharjah, UAE, McDermott Yard - Dubai, Hyundai Yard - Ulsan South Korea, Korean Heavy Industry Yard - Masan South Korea, Majagon Dock Yard - & Nava Shiva Yard - Mumbai.

IOCL Refinery Project – Mathura
Completed construction supervision (inspection & mechanical) of off sites and process unit's piping, equipments and vessels /tanks offsite piping and loading gantries at Mathura refinery project of Indian Oil Corporation at Mathura, India
Tanks fabrication, erection & commissioning took place for 6 no 50, 000 MT each crude tanks, other 20 tanks for MS, SKO, HSD & ATF were completed.

BPCL Refinery Project Mumbai
Completed fabrication & erection of two crude oil heaters for main crude oil heater for M/S Bharat Petroleum Corporation BPCL’S Mumbai refinery
