1. Responsible for the Data & Document Control Department - Head office & Sites. Leading Document Control staff including work schedules and performance reviews/management.
2. Develops and ensures the maintenance of procedures related to Document Control activities. Trains other associates on use of the procedures, Ensure project procedures are aligned to company requirements.
3. Instructing and overlooking Document Control Department to ensure good work output.
4. Coordinating with all internal departments to ensure a smooth operation, Providing Projects & Company Departments with DCC Service as appropriate.
5. Initiating Document Control Procedures that ensure effective and strong internal control of all documents and data.
6. Creating, standardizing and streamlining Network structure to facilitate easy access to all archived documents. Established an effective Centralized Document Control Center.
7. Implementing and maintaining the document control module in PM+ (integrated Project management System for controlling, tracking and trending from inception to commissioning and hand-over).
8. Monitoring and auditing remotely (using PM+) Document Control operations at all sites (16 sites).
9. Interviewing and recruiting new Document Controllers for head office and sites.
10. Training and supervising new recruiters. Appraise the performance of the Document Control Team.
11. Provides administrative support for Regulatory annual reports.
12. Complies with Quality System regulations and ISO standards.
