Max Train:
Recently I am associated with Max Train.Intl (well-known safety training Company, providing training to oil and gas sector in Pakistan) as a QHSE Training Executive. My duties include develop and deliver safety-training programs and presentations on HSE related topics. TNA (training needs analysis) & TGA (training gap analysis) is also a part of my responsibilities. So far I have conducted trainings to BP (British Petroleum), KESC (Karachi electric supply corporation), PPL (Pakistan petroleum Ltd) and PRL (Pakistan refinery Ltd).
In moth of July I have conducted 20 days training on Mobile crane, Overhead crane and Fork Lift operator and two sessions of work at height in Sui field and Karachi to PPL. I have conducted trainings on following topics in above mentioned organizations

SHELL/NIOC (Joint venture of Shell and National Iranian Oil Company) 2005 to 2009
I served on offshore project, Floating Storage Unit SOORENA from (2001 to 2009). 2001 to 2005 with SHELL EP, then in 2005 project was taken over by NIOC (National Iranian Oil Company), and then from 2005 to 2009 I served with NOIC as a HSE Expert and Trainer
As a HSE Officer my responsibilities were:
Managing and monitoring HSE systems and ensure compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
Implementing the Company's policies and Safety Management System, motivating and training of management, office staff and crews in the observation of such policies
Incharge of PTW System
Developing Power Point presentation on trainings
Involve in on board staff training as per company policy
Ensures that all applicable systems, procedures and documentation are in place, and all personnel are familiar and complying with them prior to commencement of work
Ensures that all work area, plant, equipment, facilities, and vessels are fit for purpose, certified, and suitable in every respect for the safe and satisfactory performance of the Works.
Involved in HITRA (Hazards Identification and Task Risk Assessment)
Conducting daily safety meetings, TBT, Weekly safety meetings.
Conducting HSE Drills (Fire, H2S, Rescue and Oil Spill)
Conducting training sessions (includes power point presentation)
Inspecting Cranes, Forklifts, and all other safety equipment.
Prepare office and operation sites for QHSE MS audits.
Attending client safety meetings.
Communicate HSE Policy and Processes to all personnel. Maintain effective consultation in respect of Health, Safety and Environmental management. Include Health, Safety and Environment as an agenda item in all meetings.
Shell Exploration B.V 2001 2005
OFFSHORE FLOATING STORAGE UNIT (FSU) SOORENA
FSU Soorena was the Storage Unit of Nowrooz Soroosh Oilfield, which was developed by Shell Exploration B.V. for National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) in Persian Gulf.
June 2001 Joined SHELL EXPLORATION B.V Project in June 2001 where shell VLCC Tanker Lanastis was under conversion at SEMBAWANG SHIPYARD.
In Sembawang Shipyard My duties included:
To ensure that shipyard personnel are following SHELL safety standard procedure during whole task, if required give them training on Shell standard
Commissioning and Start up Discipline Engineers
Worked with the Shipyard Personnel in finalizing checklist and punch list items
After completion she stationed at SOROOSH OIL FIELD in Persian Gulf IRAN where I was promoted as a CCR OPERATOR 15th September, 2001
Sep 2001 to July 2003
Served as a Central Control Room Operator (CCR) my Duties and Responsibilities included:
Control Of 4 Steam and 1 Electric Cargo Pump, Capacity of 4000 m3/hr And 1000 m3/hr Respectively
Maintain Radio Communication With Ships Deck, Supply Vessel, Oil Production Rigs i.e. (Nowrooz & Soroosh) and During Export with Export Tanker And supply vessels
Management of equipment onboard included
Board Instruments DCS and SCADA systems
MacGregor Hydraulic Cargo Control Systems
Loadicator Stress and Cargo Management Systems
Fire Detection System Panels
Gas Detection System Panels
Inert Gas Control Panels
Oil Discharge Monitoring Equipment (ODME)
In July, 2003 I was promoted to Shift Controller
2003 to 2005
Fully In charge of all crude oil Import, export and transfer operations. Also supervised the CCR Operators and managed deck routine operations including Berthing of VLCCs in a tandem mooring configuration. Duties included:
Arrangement of desalination and dehydration of incoming crude oil through the system
