Vessel Skandi Seven & FPSO Stybarrow Venture
Coordinating all manning requirements for Skandi Seven (107 POB) including crew changes and medi vacs
Liaise with third parties domestically and internationally to obtain documentation for personnel including passports, seamans books, visas, Fit to Work Offshore Medical Certificates, HUETS, NOK forms, Personnel Reporting Forms, MSIC
Book travel, accommodation, transport
Liaise with vessel coordinator
Liaise with agent re personnel arriving by air and onsigning as ship’s crew - complete necessary documentation
Create and issue travel advice notices for personnel arriving in Singapore & Australia eg health, customs & immigration requirements
Create and update manning spreadsheet with personnel’s certs etc and forward to BHPB for approval
Create and update manning spreadsheets reflecting personnel’s travel, accommodation, onsigning, offsigning
Request fixed wing and helo flights through BHPB
Reconcile invoices/statements for travel/accommodation

Create and update manning spreadsheets for each project
Track all Purchase Orders /tax invoices/costs and ensure charged to correct job
Crew changes on Jascon 25 for BHP (Client) and associated third parties
Create and maintain registers for mobile phones, laptops
