Currently I am working with RNZ Integrated (M) Sdn Bhd. as QHSE Manager. RNZ Integrated (M) Sdn Bhd. is one of the leading engineering consultants in this region and is among the leading players in the industry providing Engineering Design Services for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
I have almost 15 years as QA & HSE Engineer / Manager and nearly 8 years specifically in Oil & Gas Engineering Company. As QHSE Manager, my role is ensuring overall company operation either project execution or corporate operation are in with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
In the area of Safety, Health and Environment, my role is to ensure the RNZ Office based operation is complying to the related OSH Act and OSH regulations. As of now RNZ is not yet certified for the Safety, Health and Environment Management System (HSEMS) therefore all the procedures in place are being practice as voluntary but not warrant for audit. At this point, I am developing the HSEMS procedures and expected to be audited and certified in Jun or July 2011.

To act as the Management Representative for Quality internally and externally.

To improve the Dynamic Balancing result on tires. Conduct product development and give feed back to production and technical on the tire Dynamic Unbalance performance on tire. And project/program related to quality issue.
HOW ITS DONE
Perform trouble shooting on Dynamic Unbalance tires on selected tyres to improve its performance. Establish new process control on production line to ensure that the result will be achieve as planned and align with the out come of trial/trouble shooting.
Establish checklist and new procedure when the problem had been solved and ensure that the new process will be as per as per new findings.
