Position: Operations Supervisor
The dedication to run and lead in all phases of the incineration process from operations to maintenance
Help to develop and implement all the stander operating procedures and safe work practices
Run and Train operators on units console to insure the unit operates safely and within its limits
Train operators on various feed streams, what to feed and how much is critical
Document and track units performance and availability to minimize down time and unregulated releases
Promote and lead coworkers in safe work practices and in force all lock out tag out procedures
Develop and implement operational round sheets for the operators to track unit’s performance and maintain equipment

Position: Mechanical Field Coordinator
Worked with Engineering and contractors to install new reactors, re-boilers, compressors, heat exchangers and all its support equipment

Performed all analytical lab work on incoming feed and final product return streams
All solids recovered were processed using various types of thermal dryers to reduce weight and hydrocarbon volatility with temperatures ranging from 400 to 1000 degrees, this process was under a constant draft and all flue gases were processed by a RTO (remote thermal oxidizer)
Performed all basic routine maintenance from cleaning tower trays to oil levels to filter swaps, pump replacement and or repair, lubrication on all rotating equipment, gearbox replacement, and tracked spare parts inventories
Tracked and recorded units daily operations stats
Tracked and directed all inbound material via liquid or solid
Worked with receiving units to maintain line flow and line integrity
Help schedule and run all shut downs and/or equipment upgrade or replacement of kind
