Take off the bill of quantity from approved for construction drawing and actual progress quantity.
Check & Approved Subcontract Claims & Issued Invoices.
Prepare monthly progress claim based on monthly work done on site. (Contract and VO items & Procured Materials)
Preparation of Change Orders and Contract Amendments particularly on new Unit rate items.
AFC BQ Finalization in connection with the overall Direct costing on the contract.(cost impact)
AFC BQ Re-measurement (all items under contracts/Variation orders/Site Instructions).
QS Key person (coordinate/liaise with clients QS/Contracts DEPT).
Estimate at completion (actual cost with AFC BQ Re-measurement).
Closing of Final Accounts and Documentation.
Preparation of all necessary documents for final progress claim.
Tendering & Preparation of Quotation for submission.
