I am writing to apply for a medical job.

I am a doctor – anesthesiologist. My working experience makes 20 years and I have got the higher qualification category. I have experience to work in remote site (medic/paramedic). I’ve worked with an American company “Pacific Architects and Engineers”, project: “Sector Security Reforms” in Liberia in 2006 -2007. Responsibility: to provide primary and emergency healthcare services to a local and expatriate workforce and oversees all aspects of clinical medical management within the on-site clinic, including medical evacuation support.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

September, 2007 to date: Head of anesthesiology’s department , Republican Pediatric Сlinical Hospital, Simferopol, Ukraine.
Responsibility: daily operations, quality control, to coordinate and execute medical operations, facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, guidance and direction in accordance with medical documentation that includes the Statement of Work, the task order, and the hospital proposals, Reviews and provides operational input to the department weekly situation report; reviews and analyzes department performance. Develops and tracks department milestones and takes necessary actions to ensure that they are met; performs internal staff coordination and liaison with other functional departments. Identifies problems or issues and makes recommendations to the doctors for resolution. Responsible for the performance of work in the department, quality control, maintain a strong discipline. Establishing and maintaining high standards of doctor performance, conduct, and appearance.
Day-to-day clinical duties , e.g. walk-in clinic, pre-placement and medical examinations, Monitor patients in intensive care. Prepare patients for surgery, administer general anaesthesia, observe patients during operations, monitor their progress and respond to any changes, bring patients to full consciousness after the procedure. Prescribe sedation for patients who are about to undergo certain procedures. Train other healthcare professionals, including medical students, junior doctors and nurses.


August, 2007 to September, 2007: Doctor - anesthetist of anesthesiology’s department, Republican Pediatric Clinical Hospital, Simferopol, Ukraine.
Responsibility: Day-to-day clinical duties , e.g. walk-in clinic, pre-placement and medical examinations, Monitor patients in intensive care. February, 2006 to March, 2007: Medic, Pacific Architects and Engineers ( PAE-SSR), Monrovia, Liberia.
Responsibility: Establishment of medical facility, policies and procedures in regarding with medical clearances. Preparing of medical reports to PM through DPM. Liaise with PAE in the mission and host-nation medical facilities. Contact with Liberian Ministry of Health and participation in Liberian National Malaria Program. Providing of periodic medical examinations, consultations and treatment for PAE staff, to refer staff to outside specialists as necessary, sick leave and medical evacuations, providing emergency medical services and first aid to employees located at work location, injury management and administers return to work programs at project or worksite. Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of required records associated with incidents and injuries occurring at worksite. Maintenance project or worksite statistical data. Maintenance proper inventory of EMS equipment and first aid supplies. Overseeing other health issues such as drinking water, toilet facilities, food preparations, living areas, etc. Performance pre-employment medical, physical agility testing. Performance drug and alcohol testing at project or worksite, and administers drug and alcohol abuse policy at project or worksite level. Maintenance and operating an ambulance if local emergency medical service (EMS) is not available or is unable to respond in a timely manner. Providing health education, purchasing of the appropriate functioning medical equipment and drugs.


July,1996 to February, 2006:Consulting doctor of Republican center of emergency and accident’s medicine, Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine.
Responsibility: Consultations, resuscitation, emergency treatment, intensive care. Transportation of patients in breaking point from peripheral hospitals to Republican Hospital.
