Dear Sirs,

I am a business executive with more than ten years in sales, business development and management experience. My current job implies selling satellite capacity segments to key customers around my region. However, my main University degree was in Geophysics and drilling was an important part of it. Therefore, I explore now the possibilities to come back to my main and initial field of interest, by using my working, customer focused experience.

I have received degrees both in Geophysics and in Economics and graduated with an MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford.
After working as a Geologist, in 1996 I changed direction and took my first advertising job as an Account
Manager in Bucharest. Since then, I steadily assumed increasing
responsibilities, become Media Director and General Manager for the
Romanian divisions of different multinational companies. In addition I
launched two companies. In 2000 I launched the first e-commerce business
in Romania, “emania.ro” and then in 2002 I opened my own media company
Vector Media SRL. In 2004, I had the opportunity to take time off to
pursue the MBA degree at one of the most prestigious universities in the world. My strategy consulting project during the MBA was based in Munich at Infineon Technologies where I spent two month working for their forecasting procedures.

Following the MBA I came back to Bucharest. From 2006 to 2008 I used to run, as an Executive Director, several niche TV station for IKO Romania SRL, part of IKO Group, the partner of RTL in Hungary. Currently I am the General Manager of the Romanian office of SES ASTRA SA, the well known satellite company. My current responsibilities cover not only Romania, but also Moldova and Bulgaria.
I understand that I do not have hands on experience in the oil and gas industry but my education, in tandem with my work experience in sales, key account management and business administration can be a very valuable and easily transferrable asset to your company.
