 Worked 16-hour shifts, including night shifts, for up to 21 days straight, camping out for up to two weeks at a time.
 Drove a 500-gallon engine (17 tons) in all types of weather and road conditions, including unimproved roads and off-road in rocky and unstable terrain.

 Used all types of saws including chain saws, chop saws and circular saws and built fire-suppression equipment when needed.
