Job Title: Onshore Drilling Materials Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Coordination of materials and equipment to and from the offshore supply base to the offshore drilling unit
Inventory control of all company owned equipment and 3rd party rental equipment
Supervise all loading and unloading operations at the dock side to ensure that it was carried out in a safe and timely manner and to ensure that all personnel and equipment completed the task with no injuries and no damage to equipment. Also supervised all loading of bulk materials
Ensure that all 3rd party equipment was returned to the vendor in a timely manner
Coordinate the import and export of materials sent by air, sea and road from overseas. Ensure that the Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists were correct and issued in a timely manner
Liaise with the flight coordinator on personnel to and from the rig site and also any personnel arriving and leaving on International flights

Tracking and expediting all materials and services to and from the drilling rigs
