• Pipe stress analysis as per ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4 and ASME B31.8 on CAESAR II, Pipe stress analysis software
• Preparation of stress Isometrics and revising layout as per stress requirement.
• Engineering of piping Supports, Hangers
Preparation of critical line list for stress analysis and prepare work schedules.
Review of piping force and moments on pumps, vessels, storage tanks, air fin coolers.
To ensure work carried out is in accordance with client’s procedures and design guides.
Issue the project specific stress and support notes, the pipe span charts, preferred support types, reinforcement requirements etc.,
Co ordinate with layout and other dept., personnel of any change in design information.
Nozzle for its allowable as per applicable API, WRC & NEMA codes using CEASER-II Package.
Carrying out static equivalent techniques for seismic/wind of piping systems.
