· Complete Overhauling and Testing of Hydraulic components like Pumps, Valves, motors, Cylinders etc
· Trouble shooting of Hydraulic systems ( Marine, Earth moving, construction & industries )
· Manufacture and Servicing of Hydraulic Power Packs.
· Preparing Production scheduling and Material procurement.
· Plan the work and Segregate the work.
· Fabrication and sub contractors follow up.
· Coordinating with Design, Dispatch, Purchase and Accounts Departments.
· Vendor’s development and subcontractor follow-up & Evaluate of vendors and subcontractors performance
· Service back up and complete technical support for the products supplied to the customers.
· Servicing of Hydraulic systems and Elements like pumps, valves, cylinders etc.
· Erection and Commissioning of Hydraulic Systems, Power packs and Cylinders.
· Reporting to Seniors for Day-to Day Activities.
· Specialized in trouble shooting of Hydraulic Machines and Hydraulic systems.
