STATOIL- Petropars , South Pars project (Phases 6&7&8) – Offshore –Pipeline section.
QA/AC Coordinator and Site Rep. in Pipeline section, Bushehr coating yard and Single Point Mooring (SPM) in Bushehr SADRA Ship Yard, Pre commissioning of phases 6&7 32”and 4” pipelines and 30” condensate line and CALM Buoy (SPM & Plem) at Assaluye and offshore , checking of final dossier documents for SPM at Tehran Office .
Responsibilities:
- Concrete and anti corrosion coating of sub sea line pipes.
- Welding & NDT of transition pipes according to API 1104.
- Planning for Load Out Requests for Phases 6,7&8 Pipe laying.
- Review of WPS and site weld instruction and follow up all qualifications of the welding
procedures and welds.
- Monitor construction work and documentation.
- Investigation of Welding of SPM (Single Mooring Buoy for Phase 6&7&8 South Pars in IRAN).
