Providing advice to the managing contractor, project team members and work contractors for strict implementation of HSE project procedures. Monitoring of HSE management and conduct auditing to measure the HSE performance in the field activities. Stimulating unsafe act observation, near-miss reporting, the execution of method statement, risk assessments and job safety analysis.

Organizing safety promotion campaigns, competitions and contests to develop motivation for safety among our engineers, supervisors and sub-contractor's employees. Selection and purchase of safety equipment like PPE, fire-fighting equipment, first-aid equipment etc. Maintain the records of accidents, reports, reporting, investigation, analysis and suggestion of medical measures. Position: Safety Officer (Contract through Firenze Oil)

Brief Job Description:
Assigned for monitoring the prevailing working conditions and ensured safe working practices in the Company's areas including compiling and reviewing safety program, lock out system, scaffolding system, industrial hygiene, fire prevention, safety orientation training, hazardous material handling, PPE, house keeping, maintenance practice and equipment guarding.

Performing daily safety surveillance inspection in Hydro-Cracking Recovery, Fluid Catalytic Cracking, Alkylation, MTBE, Vacuum Rerun, Hydrogen Production & Recovery, Atmospheric Residue Desulphurization, Merox, Sulphuric Acid Recovery units and tank farm. Conducting gas test & monitoring confined space entry in crude oil tanks in work areas by using MSA/DRAGER gas monitors. Witnessing & certifying periodic inspection of fire fighting facilities (Foam, Drencher, Halon, Air Foam station, Fire Alarm Systems etc.). Witnessing load/drop test of lifting tackles, EOT cranes, lifts. Participating in HAZOP studies of process lines for modifications. Monitoring noise levels/up keeping of detectors/self contained breathing sets of MSA, Draeger. Assisting WITH safe certification of vehicles, portable pumps, welding generators etc.
Ensured safety regulations and following up for proper implementation and draw the attention of the management of any violations.

The Hæwene Brim FPSO is located on the UKCS Pierce Field. The vessel produces, stores and offloads the crude for the field operator, Shell UK Exploration & Production.

Brief Job Description:
Reporting to the Offshore Installation Manager. Responsible for advising on all aspects relating to the management of safety, environment and safe systems of work onboard the Floating Production and Storage Offloading (FPSO). HSES Key performance indicators achieved and continuous improvement demonstrated through development, implementation and regular audit of the management system and annual HSES Plan.

Monitor and maintain operational emergency response preparedness, Develop, schedule and carry out training exercises for management and emergency response teams. Participate with Management Team in daily planning work meetings - identification of conflicting activities, simultaneous operations and authorization of work, Participate with Management Team in regular reviews of Facilities Management system. Monitor safety performance, gather statistical data, evaluate and report. Monitor and advise on legislative compliance required by Regulatory Authorities.
