I am currently working as 'Manager - Commercial' with India 's largest & Most reputed EPC Organisation, Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), Mumbai, India in their Oil & Gas Special Projects Division. I have done my Bachelors' in Mechanical Engineering and company sponsored Executive – Masters' in Business Administration.

I have about 8 years of Contract Negotiations / Finalization / Management, Claims Management, Project Management and Business Development experience of handling offshore Oil & Gas EPC Projects apart from the current assignment. Currently, am involved in finalization of JV Agreement and Shipbuilding Contract for developing our offshore installation capabilities by constructing an offshore Heavy Lift cum Derrick Vessel.

I have been actively involved in preparation / negotiations / finalization / management of different kinds of Agreements viz. MOU, MOA, Confidentiality Agreements, EPC Contracts with Client, Installation / Supply / Services Sub-Contracts, Shipbuilding Contract, Consortium Agreement, JV Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement and Claim Management.

I am key member and am responsible for building business plans, financial models, risk assessment, finalization of company structure, tax optimization, funding arrangement, management approvals, company formation and registration of company for the new offshore installation Joint Venture Company for developing our offshore installation capabilities.

4 Well Platforms Project – 1 in Western Coast of India: 1000Cr INR project for ONGCL. The project involved design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, anticorrosion weight coating (for rigid pipelines), installation, hook-up and pre-commissioning of well platforms and submarine pipelines.

Pipeline Replacement Project in Western Coast of India: 1862Cr INR project for ONGCL. The project involved design, engineering, procurement, anticorrosion weight coating (for rigid pipelines), installation, hook-up and pre-commissioning of submarine pipelines (185 Kms).

N9 & N10 Wellhead Platforms Project in Western Coast of India: 365Cr INR project for ONGCL. The project involved design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up and pre-commissioning of two wellhead platforms and submarine pipelines.

1.) Interface with Client, Engineering Consultant, yard and internal customers.
2.) Overall Project Management for fabrication of Jackets (fabricated in L&T for first time).
3.) Project Management for installation of N9 & N10 Wellhead Platform at offshore.
4.) This included finalization of Installation Subcontract, technical and commercial issues.
5.) Settlement of Claims from Installation Subcontractor. Claims settled at 0.5 MUSD against claims of 3.2 MUSD.
