Experience of Detail Engineering using softwares Intergraph's PDS/Autocad2009/Smartplant3D for EPC Projects Oil & Gas:
• Handled Unit Area in co-ordination with other disciplines, sub-ordinates.
• Independently done Plant layout and piping for Unit Area starting from 0% development till 30% Model review.
• Done Plotplan, Routing Layout study, Nozzle orientation details for the project.

• Study P&ID & Pipe Routing, Support locations, Guide, Anchors Provision based on Stress Analysis input.
• Generating Piping Layout in 3D modeling PDS.

Extracting Piping Isometrics from 3D Piping Designer, generating Piping Bill Of Material for fabrication/loose supply (as specified). Preparation of detail structural drawings for Equipment and Piping Supports, Tagging and extracting Bill of material for the Support fabrication.
• Worked on a newly constructed Offshore Platform projects (Zakum Gas Injection Platform & Al-Rayyan Oil Platform, BP-ARCO, Qatar) for Drawings, Engineering & co-ordination for Supply & Installation of Generator Sets built in A60 Fire Rated Acoustic Enclosure (GL, Germany certified).
• Worked on Client Specification related to Power plants such as SHELL DEP., British Petroleum, Parsons Technip, Lahmeyer International, Bechtel, ADNOC, DEWA specifications.
• Power plant related calculations such as Diesel Genset Exhaust Gas Back Pressure calculation, Piping pressure drop/restriction calculations, Required Air flow inside Generator Room calculation, Lube Oil consumption calculation etc. as per Caterpillar guidelines and International standards for generating the drawings based on above data.
• Working knowledge using International Standards ASME, BS and DIN etc.
• Preparation of Electrical single line diagrams, control schematic, P&Ids, Instrument hook-up diagrams, Equipment & Instrumentation Data-sheet, etc.
• Communicating with International Consultants/EPC Contractors, Overseas Sub-vendors. Site support & Technical Documentation submittals.

• Working knowledge of Rebis - Autoplant’s piping designer and piping isometrics software for 3D piping layout modeling and piping isometrics drawings on Autocad Platform.
• Working knowledge of Rebis Autoplant’s P&ID software for an intelligent piping and instrumentation diagram.
• Worked on Jacobus Technology’s JT P&ID Software on Microstation Platform.
