I’m an electronic engineer with long experiences of business creation , with international competences developed also in Est Europe and Far East , and experiences of project management , able to drive complex programmes using also external resources , to get accustomed to interface local and international customers/ technical suppliers , able to educate technical and commercial Teams .

After the high school and the master in Electronic , I started to work in a multinational company leader in his sector , covering positions from electronic designer to Software Development Manager , to move later in the marketing Team , till to drive complex marketing programmes at European level ( from 2000 ).

I’ m responsible of a European Business plan in the field of high technology Electronic :

Here listed my main responsibilities :

o Evaluating the main sales opportunity in cooperation with local Account Managers.
o Helding relationship with BUs .
o Visiting main consolidated customers .

Product Responsable ( electronic part + software support packages ) at promotion/technical marketing/negotiation level with my customers and distributors located in South Europe Market ( Italy , Israel , Slovenia, Greece , etc ).

I managed also the problems of technical support with the customers , thanks to my previous skills of Electronic Designer .

During this time I won design with Italtel ( first digital video receivers ) , FIAT ( security system for cars ) , Olivetti ( printers ‘ s interface ) and other medium size customers , so to get an official Award during the Worldwide Sales Conference of Kuala Lampur in 1998 .

Project Manager from 1994 to 1996

Leading a software/hardware design Team of 5 people ( internal + external consultants ).
I managed complex projects implemented on microcontroller platforms for consumer and industrial market , with business value beetween 1M to 5M Euro .

I teached to new designers , selected the external consultants , update the laboratory tools …………………

oA customer ( Synudine ) thanks to an our implementation of an electronic control system based on a microprocessors , won the award of “Television of the year“ in the German market ( 1994/95 ) .
