JOB PROFILE:
· Schedule the various jobs and complete the work as per the targets within estimated costs / agreed time schedule.
· Supervise the various erection sites, monitor and follow up on the work process upto commissioning and handover the lift.
· Establish the productivity norms for different installations and implement the same.
· Responsible for safe custody of material / inventory till the work is complete and handover.
· Ensure the preliminary site preparatory work is carried out before the material arrives at site, in this regards, coordinate and communicate with the customer regarding discrepancy/dispute.
· Supervise the contractors and monitor the progress at every site on daily basis.
