| 1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory] |
Dear Sirs
I have a very good based work experience history which enables me to fit comfortably into new positions and locations. I have got all necessary training as NEBOSH, IOSH, COSHH and Educated in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy where I have got Master degree. I have HSE engineering experience which helps me enormously; Offshore HSE Advisor – East Azeri PDQ 2 years, onshore construction of oil platform - HSE Advisor 2 years, Oil Terminal experience as an HSE Terminal advisor 1year; I also have HR/Training experience (2 years), Practice on Steel plants etc.
I am an excellent communicator at all levels, can be diplomatic when necessary, I have a lot of experience working directly under a Project Manager / OIM, Terminal Manager, I am quick to see the merit of a situation and can think on my feet when required.
I enjoy problem solving and helping others engineer alternative methods of work where necessary, I believe that respect can be gained from any situation by working hard and applying a common sense approach.
Initiating new personnel into the ways of Health and Safety especially in non west adapted countries can be difficult, I have a proven track record of being able to cope in these situations, my education and experience gives me the confidence to be able to win over the most skeptical of people.
I am primarily interested in an onshore/offshore HSE position
