I am very determined and willing to start working in any entry position available. I would like to eventually be trained to work the machinery or crane on an oil rig.

I'm in excellent physical condition and ready to go in a moments notice.

I have no previous construction or offshore experience, and am excited and very willing to learn. I enjoy working with power tools, I've used an industrial table saw, jigsaw, sandblaster, drills, and enjoy soldering wires to specialized plugs or anything that needs soldering.

I find working with machines interesting and get along very well with all kinds of people.

Any entry level position would be perfect. Roustabout, Floorhand anything. I am motivated by the conditions, the challenge, I really love heights.

Working in an elevated position up on the rig doing anything would really be interesting.

Any schedule would work for me 14/14 or 28/28 A 14/21
I am used to working from 8-8 and am looking to continue this schedule and work hard.

Once I'm given a task, i completely focus on it, and never look back until it's finished. I'm an easy person to deal with, have a sense of humour, and if you want something done, you can depend on me. Working in a offshore environment is something i have to experience and would like to grow with the team whenever a possibility is given to me.

1997 to date:

Providing hardware and software support
Installing and configuring new hardware and insurance software, Updating hardware and software. Maintaining computers, updating drivers and optimising system performance. System backups, Creating basic preventitive measures to prevent harddisk crashes, file corruption. I have sufficient experience in the installation and configuration of software and hardware and am quick to learn how new software, hardware should be installed and configured.

Experienced in the following operating systems:
Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME and XP

I worked with the following company quotation software:

Quicksure, Santam, Sanlam , SA Underwriters,
Old Mutual, Sage Life and Liberty Life, installing and configuring the software and have good knowledge on how the software works for troubleshooting and quotation purposes.

I generated insurance quotes and attended to sales for clients, and handled
Insurance Claims, did admin work, filling out applications, followed up on clients to get the necessary information for applications completeness, advising and liasing with the client regarding their choices and options.
Maintaining a good business relationship with our lead supplier which is Standard Corporate Merchant Bank making
sure their clients get the absolute best service and support.

I enjoy building technical kits, working with powertools, i enjoy doing renovations and have recently installed a kitchen working with industrial tools to cut all material to size and fit them to an exact match.
