JOB DESCRIPTION

 Actively monitoring Critical functions in hydrocarbon Production and Processing
Plants and working on emergency shut down systems (ESD) and thereby
Guarantying safe operation and ensuring proper shut down processes.
 Ensuring all process systems are operated Design capabilities and monitor
 Accountable for carrying out daily monitoring duties as required.
 Parameters to maximize production/Quality-making adjustments where necessary.
 Taking of plant shut down & Start up operation.
 Inspection & Operation of Wellhead platform and well testing.
 Preparation of daily production reports (Gas, oil & water).
 Check and produce reports on: Air compression, Pumping and Utility equipment.
 Different type of Pump, Compressor handling and Trouble shooting.
 Test Run for the standby equipment as per the Schedule.
 Involving the preventive maintenance of the plant.
 Isolations and de-isolation of equipment for maintenance.
 Complete weekly and monthly reports.
 Performing other duties as required by supervisors.
 Carry out Maintenance and safety inspections.
 Familiar with Work Permit Systems&safety equipment.
 Participating in personnel “On the job” training programs.
 Participating daily and weekly safety training and meeting.

OIL FIELD EXPERIENCE
• Familiar with oil manifold chokes, Handling HP, MP& LP separators (2&3 phase).
• Handling of Dehydration Tank, Heat Exchangers.
• Demulsifier, PPD& Corrosion Inhibitor injection rate calculation.
• Operation and maintenance of Chemical injection pumps (Electrical and air drive).
• Produced Water Tank, Skimmer Tank, produced water flash drum,
knock out drum handling.
• Pig launching and receiving (foam, scraper, cup and intelligent).
• Operation & Control of Roof Top intermediate Tanks (5000M3), Float Top Main Tanks (15000 M3)
• Crude transfer pumps, Booster pumps, Main pumps handling and Trouble shooting.
• Well Test Data entry, oil & gas calculation for GOR.
• Water draining and operation of all motor operating valves at Crude Oil Pumping Station.
• Checking and testing all alarms and trip switched with the instrument technicians.
• Familiar with pneumatic panels&Panel board operation.
• Familiar with different types of valves, like PCV, LCV, FCV controller and transmitters.
• Familiar with the Power turbines parameters, starting from the panel.
• CO2 and UV detectors isolation for internal inspections.
• Fuel Gas purging, filter and strainer cleaning etc.
• Additional requirements involved lab sampling (oil & gas) and analysis
like BS&W and PTB
• Well fluid oil, gas & Water level, Pressure maintenance in control panel Operation.
• Conversant in handling of DCS (Distributed Control System) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Systems.


GAS FIELD EXPERIENCE

GAS DEHYDRATION UNIT (TEG)

The dehydration consists of two sections.1.Dehydration 2. Glycol Regeneration
Natural gas from HP, test separator constitutes feed to Gas Dehydration system.

• Coalescer separator, Glycol contactor, glycol Recovery Scrubber, Reboiler, burner Reflux coil, Glycol Flash Drum.
• Lean/Rich glycol heat exchanger, glycol/Gas heat exchanger and Charcoal,Cartridge
filter changing.
• Glycol Booster and circulation pump operation.
• Glycol pumping, Glycol tank level, Dew point maintaining.
• Maintain the Reboiler Temperature (1800 C).
• Fuel gas, Stripping gas and Pilot gas supply.
• Log sheet for Glycol Regeneration unit, Control room Reading.
• 3 way valve function , PH value checking, NACAP mixing.

DEW PONT DEPRESSION UNIT
• Chill down section and Propane refrigeration section.
• Operation of the heat exchangers, Gas Chillers and Filter separators.
• Operation and maintenance of Condensate transfer pumps & Propane compressors.
• Operation of the Knock out drums and Propane accumulators.

CONDENSATE FRACTIONATION UNIT
• Condensate surge drum operation.
• Condensate filter & coleascer operation.
• Lights Ends Fractionators, LPG column operation.
• Fuel gas operation, Burner operation.
• Knock out drum operations.
• MP, LP Condensate flash Drum operation.
• Control and operation of NGL pump, LPG column reflux pump, LPG Dispatch pumps,
Expander and Compressor.

GAS INJECTION UNIT
• Inject high pressure dehydrated gas into the well reservoir.
• Operation and maintenance of multistage gas compressors (Kawasaki cooper).
• Scrubbers, Inter Coolers, separators.
• Start up and shutdown operations of compressor at gas injection unit.
• Control the dryers, pressurization/depressurization of the dryer, control the cool box.
• Operations and maintenance of single stage Expander.
• Handling LPG dispatch centrifugal type compressors and NGL pumps.


WELL HEAD OPERATIONS
• Inspection & Operation of Christmas tree.
• Operation of Gas lift injection wells, Water injection wells.
• Actuator operated Master valve and Wing valve, SSV (DHSV) operation.
• Well equalizing, SSSV operation.
• Maintaining unmanned well head platforms, and taking FTHP & STHP.
• Test separator handling, well testing.
• Orifice changing in the flow lines (DANIEL).
• Panel board operations, Annulus pressure bleeding operation
• Flow line choke changing and adjusting, Flow line PSL & PSH switches.
• BDV panel operation, orifice changing in the flow lines.
• Flow and pressure recording (IIT BURTON, FOXBORO).
• Isolation and hand over the wells to well service for various jobs.


WATER TREATMENT AND INJECTION
• Start up knowledge of water lift pumps (Ingersoll – Dresser 450m3/h),
Electro chlorination package units.
• Chemical injections like biocide 1 & 2, Antiscale, Antifoam, and Cl2, O2 scavenger.
• Coarse & fine Filter operation, water sample.
• Vacuum pumps, Injection pumps, Boost pumps and turbo pumps driven by EGT Turbines Operation and trouble shooting...etc
• Starting and stopping from the PLC & DCS panels, PCV & FCV ( Mini flow)
Controlling.
• Export line pressure monitoring and water Export line pigging Operations.


UTILITIES
• Well experienced in utility operations such as Gas Turbine Generator
• Handling of Utility &Instrument Air Compressor Unit.
• Centrifugal Pump, Piston Pumps operation and Trouble shooting.
• Water Treatment Plant, Produced Water Treatment Plant, Raw Water Treatment .
• Sewage water and effluent treatment, cooling tower, chemical injection.
