Include the following Main Activities (3 Parts):

*Part 1: Inspection During Projects Construction:

- Cover all types of Oil , Gas , Petrochemical and Petroleum On-Shore &Off-Shore Projects , such as : Refinery Construction & Expansion , Process & Gas Plants , Petrochemical Plants , Pipe Lines , Storage & Spherical Tanks , Jackets & Platforms .

- Job Description / Activities for the above mentioned types of Projects are to initiate , supervise and witness the Quality Control and Inspection Test Plans ( QC & ITP`s ) , the Welding Procedure Specifications ( WPS ) , the Procedure Qualification Records ( PQR ) , the Welders Qualification Performance Test ( WQT ) , the NDT Techniques &Procedures ( RT , UT , PT , MT ) , and the Post Weld Heat Treatment ( PWHT ) .



- Prepare & keep, Update the Reports, Records & Welding Maps for Good Quality Documentation System.

- To proceed with the review of the Plant & Refinery QC-Test Packs and follow the Punch List items.

- Review all the Painting & Coating Procedures and Supervise & Witness all the activities which are related to the Painting & Coating for all the types of the Pipe Lines and the Piping.


Part 2 : On-Stream Inspection ( Inspection During Operation ) :

- Covering all the activities of Corrosion Control Engineering, such as Cathodic Protection and also the other Corrosion Control Methods.

- Carry out the required Thickness Gauge Survey as per the normal practices.

- Carry out the required Physical External Inspection for the Piping and all the Plant or Refinery Equipment such as the Heaters , Towers & Coloums , Pressure Vessels , Storage & Spherical Tanks , Heat Exchangers and others , and keep & update the records

Part 3 : Maintenance Inspection ( Inspection during the Shut – Down ) :

- Even Refinery or Plant Equipment Shut- Down, Unit Shut – Down And / or General Plant / Refinery Turnaround.

- To carry out all the detailed Internal Inspection , plus also the Physical External Inspection for all the Plant / Refinery Static Equipment as it mentioned above using all the required Inspection Tools & Equipment and applying all the required Standard Codes such as API 510 , ASME , NACE , ANSI , TEMA for the Heat Exchangers , and others if required .

- Proceed with the required Thickness Gauge Survey.

- Proceed with all the required Inspection Aspects for all the Pipes associated Nozzles and also the Steel Structures, such as Ladders, Stairs and Platforms.

- Check the proper connection of the Earthing of all the mentioned Static Equipment.

- Keep & Update the Records.

With all the mentioned Activities & Experience in the above 3 Parts, also my work experience include the following:

1. Proceed with the required Internal Inspection Audits; also share with / in the External Inspection Audits.

2. Share in all the Technical & Operation Meetings for any required Material Selection, Material Upgrade or any required Technical Input in case of any Modification or Expansion required.

3. Proceed with all the requirements of Inspection Procurement.

4. Work as a Senior Inspection Engineer - Coordinator.

5. Have good Experience & Skills with Microsoft Office Programs.

6. Part Time Training Instructor for all the Inspection, QC aspects and Corrosion Monitoring Engineering.

7. Witness the testing of all types of Lifting Equipment and carryout the necessary Inspections of the parts of Lifting Equipments as per Standard Codes.

• July 2004 To Present :

VECO Engineering Company, Abu Dhabi , UAE .
Working as Consultant for Abu Dhabi Company for On-Shore Oil Operation (ADCO).

Position: Welding & QC Inspection Engineer (Supervisor).

Activities : as it mentioned in the Work Experience Summary / Part 1 , plus Supervise all aspects of the company Equipment and Piping Inspection activities for the construction of the Large NEB Project ( Phase 1 Development Project ) in Rumaitha and Dabiyah regions , each for one CPP ( Central Process Plant ) , numbers of Clusters & Remote Wells and all the related Pipe Lines .

• From 2003 To June 2004 :

Suez Oil Company (SUCO) – Egypt .Gulf of Suez – Red Sea Area – Egypt.

Position: Plant Senior Inspection Engineer.
