Hi-load DP technology inverted by REMORA TECHNOLOGY, USA and GRENLAND FRAMNAES designed the project, Aibel will be constructed the project and preparing offshore and shop drawings.
Hi-load technogy -: L-shaped floating docking unit, connect to vessel like a forklift using ballast, sucks onto vessel’s bottom part of the vessel, slim tower for small wave induced loads and motion. No modification needed for the vessels for feeling oil or fuel.
Total height of system is around 60m.
Winner of innovation awards at OTC 2004, Houston.

Job description:-

ATKINS RAIL – STRUCTURAL DIVISION:
• Working as a Civil/Structural Cad Designer in “ASDT-SHARJAH” providing CAD support to “ASDT-UK” in UK based Metronet Railway Project.
• Specialized in the cad conversion of all the “Architectural, Structural design & drawings into Microstation V8 format as per the CAD standard Specifications.
• Responsible for preparation and manage of all Civil, Structural & Geotechnical design drawing with Bar Bending Schedule for underground UK MetroNet Rail stations like Columns, Beams, Pile Layout, Traffic diversion plan, Pile caps, Slabs, Sheet pile, Decking, D-wall, Lift pit, Cast In-situ Walls, Escalator Pits, Pipe Trench, Cable Gallery, Firemen’s Staircase, underground oil tanks, water Tanks, and Equipment Hatch & sky Lights, Sectional R.C. details for Stations, design modifications as per site and design, OTE duct layout plan. OTE duct panel, Subways, Entrances and other architectural & Structural detailed drawings.
• Technical decision making for layout of “Architectural & Structural plan” of the Platform & Ticket Hall of all the respective stations that we work on as per construction drawing standards.
• Teamwork for generating high quality CAD drawings for achieving targets on specified time.
• Overall responsible for preparation of structural & Architectural Detailed design drawings.

• Working as a key member of the team “ASDT-SHARJAH” providing CAD support to “ASDT-UK”.

I have done all types of work like new set up of station, modification, refurbishments, and details, creation of cells, PDF converter, and clash control drawings.

ATKINS RAIL – ELECTRICAL DIVISION:
Electrical discipline deals with CMS layouts, Small Power & lighting layouts. Also detailing of Switch Room. Location & information of the devices placed in the Switch room along with the Voltage detail is prepared in this part of work.
1. CMS (cable management System):
CMS layout route is the most important part of work of this discipline. CMS is laid as per the drawing based on the survey files of the architecture.
Various Trays and trunkings of different height, depth and width varying in Compartment sizes also are used to carry theses cables. The size of these trays and trunkings are standard. The rising and Lowering of the tray and trunking are shown using Cable-riser and Cable-drops. This rising and lowering of the cables depends upon the main input supply (DNO or LUL) from High or Low level. Also the plan view, elevations and details of the various rooms is most important and crucial part of this system.
2. Small Power and Lighting Layout:
Small Power & Lighting Layouts prepared as per the amount of wear & tear, topography, location of the station area. The amount of light required in the specific zone. The layout is done as such that after every interval of 3 lights one emergency light is placed. A single loop of one circuit is created using maximum of Eight lights. The distance between two lights is fixed and defined by the engineers. Where as for the rooms which are more complicated elevations and details drawings using scale 1:20 can be prepared. CER room, UPS room and Switch rooms containing features like UPS systems, Battery cubicles, Essential and Non-Essential TP&N MCB Board Battery MCB Box, Fuse-Switch Disconnected 4-pole etc.
