Solid experience in navigation, operation & transport of cargo and ship’s maintenance. Familiar with new fashion computer aided, cargo control equipment. Easy understanding of complex schematic of cargo line plans/diagrams. Previous experience of dry docking and refurbished chemical/product tanker commissioning.
Background cargo handling experience includes operating different types of cargo pumps: steam turbine driven pumps, Framo system pumps, electrical/diesel driven cargo pumps.
Strong knowledge of navigation in different trading areas, in heavy traffic conditions, familiar with vessel manoeuvring, vessel’s architecture. Also, good experience in cargo storage plans, cargo tanks preparations for loading different cargo types, for entry/inspections (COW, water washing, IGS purging, gas freeing). Advanced user of marine software and Microsoft Office package.
Permanent using of news bulletins, maritime publications, manuals and specification data sheets enables me to solve problems and to be familiar with the latest knowledge in domain.
