Responsible for the inspection punch listing of Electrical and Instrument installation, ensure the all equipment and installation in accordance with the project approved standard and specification.
Assist in preparing of Engineering and Maintenance procedure, preparing an Electrical and Instrument equipment take-off for future data and maintenance repair history. Reviewed project scope of work and QA/QC plan and procedure to ensure all testing document in accordance to project standard and specifications. Responsible for the preparation of Electrical and instrument QA/QC test plan and procedure, Responsible for the inspection of incoming equipment and material from different supplier, hold and issuance of nonconformance report for those not passed to quality and project specification. Conduct surveillance audit to field work and material stock check the incoming and outgoing data also audit material traceability and warehousing procedure. Coordinate to testing group and construction supervisor for inspection schedule, Monitor and supervised field inspector, gathered all data and test certificate and prepare complete loop package and update project progress report. Also responsible for the inspection plan schedule base on project three week work look ahead.

Project representative for all electrical and instrument pre-bid meeting, responsible for the as-built and field change of construction drawing as per system and equipment requirement. Duty electrical supervisor for the start-up of newly Shell Refinery (PSPC STAR PROJECT)
Responsible for the testing and pre-commissioning of high and low voltage motor, switchgear, transformer, functional testing and conductivity test of RCU, interposing relay, DCS and TRICONEX interface. Responsible for the internal wiring modification of motor starter and control, conduct of high-pot testing, meggering, ducter testing of electrical equipment, Supervised the contractor for splicing and termination of high and low voltage cable, phase rotation test of all motor prior to termination, also responsible for the rack-out and rack-in of high and voltage switchgear, monitor and responsible for the maintenance of temporary power facilities in all construction areas.
