Aker Solutions: Aker Solutions is a project of Application Management. HP Open View tool is used to log and track the service calls/ change requests/ work orders/ PDMS problems related to the applications. AKIR tool is used to store all the detailed information about each and every application like license, vendor, manufacturer, price etc. I belong to the PDMS support team which is also called ABS ( Aker Business Services). It’s a team of 22 Members with PDMS Expertise working throughout globally. Recognized and awarded by Geometric Limited for the work in the field for Spooler Customization after good comments from the Aker Business Service Team Leader and a Super User in Bergen.
