I have Eighteen years plus (18yrs+) of experience in planning, scheduling, organizing, motivating & controlling of fabrication’s, installation’s, testing’s, tie-in’s, & all types of piping system’s work’s in oil & gas refineries & power generation plants. I am also familiar with ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4 & ASME IX. In addition, worked for JGC Middle East FZE, Kaefer LLC, CGI General Services, Caltex (Philippines), Inc. & Carlos M. Ilagan (Contractor), Inc.

I supervised, monitored and lead the subcontractor(s) craft as to the extent of the company standard and specifications immediately to project schedule.

• Ensure construction activities are undertaken in accordance with Project needs in general and compatible with project schedule and cost objectives in particular.
