JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• Carry out general day to day Preventive Maintenance Job, Break down Job, Condition Based Jobs shut down jobs and pre-commissioning & Start up activities.
• Understand and Interpret approved for Construction drawings of consultant for field installation of Instruments, Impulse tubing, Cable Junction boxes, Support etc.
• Carryout calibration of instruments and prepare test certificate.
• Carryout meager and continuity test of instrument/electrical cables.
• Lay and Terminate instrument and power cables in field and control room
• Carryout complete works from calibration through installation to commissioning of Beam Pump, ESP Pump, which includes RPC controllers, Load cell, Clinometers, Pressure Switch.
• Experienced in the installation & Calibration of speed sensor (Voith Turbo).
• Familiar with the mechanical inspection of newly installed instrument as per client requirement.
• Carryout cross-wing and inter panel wiring in the control room panels for signal marshalling, Relay logic, Foxboro SPEC-200, DCS, SGS, IFB, Fire & Gas Panels, Operator Control Desk etc.
• Gained Experience in Calibration of smart Transmitter for Pressure, Differential pressure, Temperature, Level Measurement of reputable manufacturers such as Rosemount (Model 3051 C), Yokogawa (EJA Series), Honeywell (300 Series). Familiar with use and application of communicators using HART protocol (275) and Yokogawa BT-200 of EIA Series, SFC – Honeywell.
