Well-jacket upgrades were performed to the same standards as platform upgrades and included the layout and inter-connection of field devices (transmitters, pressure switches, I/P transducers) to RTU (PLC/SCADA) panels. Responsibilities also included maintaining accurate documentation of all wiring terminations and “red-lining” all drawings and prints as needed.
Chosen to work with engineering and drafting departments to generate accurate P&ID’s for scheduled upgrades. Responsibilities required field surveys of both piping and instrumentation in order to accurately update existing P&ID’s, including instrumentation control loop notations.
