After graduation from Gubkin State Oil and Gas University(Russia) in 1984, I was employed in Petro-Chemical Plant for nearly 10 years. During this period of time, I was promoted from Occupational Health and Safety Engineer to Manager Director of this Plant.
And my responsibility was:
• Analyses of all data collected to develop a plan to control the risk associated with hazard, and minimize the risk associated with this hazard:
• Analyses of injury or near miss data:
• Monitor progress on these risk response tasks:
• Systematic examination of the safety management and technical systems:
• Visual inspection of the plant and its associated environment:
• The integration and management of HSE from project conception through all phases of project development and ensure that project goals are met without compromising safety or environment.
• Control the manufacturing processes employed in the plant:
• Development of regulatory risk-based guidelines, approaches and protocols for government agencies. I was a member of expert panels, research teams, providing risk assessment training. I worked closely with our environmental site assessors, process engineers and air quality groups to provide the best possible risk based solutions, while ensuring that the health of the environment is being protected.

• Working as a Manager Director, I was responsible for whole range of processes, such as manufacturing processes, schedule, and cost control, building a clear and deep understanding of the range process, dealing with local government and establishing the relationship between a plant and surrounding community.

As assurance coordinator (Sakhalin Energy) I was responsible for the following:
• Manage the implementation across SEIC (Sakhalin Energy Investment Company) of a set of Global Processes (Shell Group EP 2005 standards), taking in to account Russian Federation law. The priority group of these standards includes logistics, management of contractors, HSE competence, and hazard management.
• Prepare HSE audit plans, identify and assign recourses.
• Risk management.
• Provide appropriate HSES risk-reduction technology;
• Maintain all database records (including LiveLink and Fountain computer program, )
• Provide Assurance report to the Business Assurance Committee.

I would like to bring and apply all my knowledge and experience to that role to achieve a very high standard relating to the all safety and environmental fields. And of course I would like to see myself on the new level of my carrier.
