Dear Sir,

It is my pleasure to introduce myself; basically I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and I have completed my Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering after I started my practical carrier by part time course.
For the past 12 years I am working in this Welding & Inspection field in different roles starting with junior QA/QC inspector till Senior Welding Engineer now. During this carrier I have completed several internationally recognized Inspection certifications such as ASNT NDT Level-III, CSWIP-3.2 (Senior Welding Inspector) and CSWIP-BGAS –Grade-2 (Painting Inspector). I have also acquired IRCA-Lead auditor certification as a QA part.

During the past carrier I have worked with different international (ASME, ANSI, BS, AWWA, API, AWS, MSS and ect) codes standards and achieved in depth knowledge in referring such specifications due to day to day practical application of such standards. I also have created several quality procedures and company inspection standards in compliance with the above said standards.

I am much comfortable with the usage and application of all the latest computer software related to my field. Got a great amount of practical experience with programs such as MAXIMO, SAP, PCMS ect.

And having good working knowledge in all MS windows, office tools and I have generated a database software in MS access for NDT, welding records tracking, repair rates follow up and so many other useful activities reports also can made available from this database.

 Technical review of welding and NDT documentation that the Execution Contractors proposals and approval of such documents when complies the requirements of codes standards and company specifications.
 Monitoring and controlling the quality execution of welding and NDT activities related to the work are fully in conformance with the codes, standards and technical specifications specified in the approved Contract documents.
 Review and approval of Construction, inspection record books and MDB(Manufacture’s data book) deliverables produced by the Execution Contractors, equipment suppliers for the onshore and Offshore jobs like including static equipments(Heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, columns, fired heaters, spheres ect), pipe-racks, burner boom trestles, wellhead protection structures.

The main advantage of this database is to avoid the man-hour wastage for separately creating the reports one by one since this data base can give different kinds of reports automatically from one data entry this in another way helps to avoid the possible human errors during manual preparation of reports.
