- Liaison with the agents in Malta, Syracuse and Tripoli

- Field Emergency Control Member – knowledge and application of emergency procedures

- Experience in shipping environment, both shore and ship side
- Logistic of cargo management
- Deck work management according to ship’s adopted maintenance programs
- Maintaining safety and antipollution standards – SOLAS, MARPOL conventions
- Tailoring and implementing the ISM (International Safety Management) code on vessels
- Seismic vessels operations according to company HSE rules, correlation with shore office
- Supply vessels cooperation with platform and with semi submersible rigs
- Weather assessment and its restriction to the work field
- Oil field operations, Single Point Mooring storage tanker operations, discharging to the export tankers
- HSE rules application during the daily routine work on production and drilling jacket rigs
